New beginning

So as i did away with my 5th sem exams at IMS dehradun, i am releaved that its all over, but yet again there is that weired feeling that i had before coming to dehradun for my MCA, whats gonna be the next step, man i really am jealous of the guys who know what to do n have it all planned what its gonna be.I myself try to plan but end up doing the opposite of that.So planning is not for me so eventually i got into HPES noida after paying that huge 14000 amount just to have my 6th sem training.
From the awsome maosam of Dehradun to not so developed part of NCR - Noida lets hope the decision was a good one to come to noida for my training cause i could have done training at my home place that is bhopal for half the price.with these doubts looking forward to join HPES on 15 feb.

Interview Inner-View

Guys! this blog is a direct reflection of my inability to understand what exactly is an interview.We study for 3 whole years in our UG's hoping to get a job, and guess what we find out down 2 years of the course that the course which we are doing isnt enough to get a job so what i do in that situation is i keep that suggestion aside to find out the harsh reality myself that yes after doing BCA also its not easy to get a job, how i know is a story to tell.. Soon after BCA i tried to get a job which included searching out daily ads in newspapers which were ofcourse filled with marketing and call centre jobs and that time me a desperate job seeker went for the call centre as it was the HOT job around 2004-05 which still is but not now since i am more intrested in Programming now. But then even a convent passout i didnt have that good command on english instead of the fact that i was good at written english i wasnt as good in speaking the same and this i know is the story of guys in every non metropolitan city,unless your an exception. Comming back to the topic i am in my final year of MCA and i am getting the feeling that doing a course and getting a job is two different things what i remember is the seminar i attended in my college the gap between getting and degree and a job can be minimized if the syllabus is not made by some teachers in university but the industry itself wich is going to adsorb us later on .Which i still think is true because now is the time i should be prepraing for the interview which ofcourse is different from what we have learned in MCA, the syllabus demanded us to mug up the course material to pass the exams and now the nightmares have started crawling on my mind.Words like RSAGARWAL,aptitude,verbal,english,synonyms,antonyms is bugging me these days, as i was never good with maths so its a fight for me.I wish the interview was just about computer languages,operating system and Data Structures which is easy to prepare rather than MATHS.Anywayz even after doing both BCA and MCA i dont think that would be enough to get a job that extra study for the interview is far more than Necessary.

My computer restarts

This happened with me Last week, what happened was that my system started rebooting itself again n again i first thought it was a virus i scanned my system but it use to restart without finishing the full system scan.Later i went online to look for the reason i found the following-

1: Over heating-
The system is sometimes over heated due to the processing because of the dust inside it which traps the heat.The heat might also be caused because of fan problems, either one or two fans are not working or something like that.In my case this wasnt the problem cause as my CPU was already open there was no chance of the processor heating up n moreover i cleaned the whole thing but the problem persisted.

2:Memory problem-
Sometimes the RAM causes the problem too. since the problem started when i was trying to insert new RAM on my motherboard i thought the RAM is at fault but i tried every combinations with the RAM slots but that didnt help either.

3:Hard Disk-
At one time i also thought my HardDisk is crashed because it showed only 33 GB of HD when i Formatted my system but that was not the cause of the problem.Though i thought about getting a new HardDisk but the shopkeeper insisted to bring the PC and get it checked before buying,nice guy ha!

4:Jack thing-
Well i came to know one more thing about this problem from my friend PREM he said that there is a JACK in between the IDE cable and power Supply in HardDisk with a 8 pinned slot in this there is a small plastic jack (black in colour) attached with 2 pins, he told me to remove that n place in some other pins. I did exactly that but that didnt help.

5:Driver Outdated-
In some websites it also said that this problem is caused due to the outdated drivers and to update them, but that cant be done cause updating would take time and since my net is slow and my system restarts frequently i couldnt have done that either.Moreover the problem was something else..

6:Power Supply-
The solution was the power supply.Yeah power supply,Though i found many websites that said i should check my power supply they didnt actually said that there could be a problem with the SMPS.It often happens that the carbon particles block the current in the SMPS.I cleaned my SMPS and wallah i fixed my system...


Conclusion: Keep trying cause there are million of people out there who have computers and there is a huge chance or probability that they might have gone through the same problem and if they have found a solution make use of there experience to help fix urs ;)

Computer Problem

Oh Computers take lot of time dont they.Now the problem with my desktop was that it was restarting everytime i switch it on i googled about the possible solution "that didnt help" .Some said its cause of over heating ,some said its cause of some driver not installed or malfunctioned i reinstalled all the drivers and cleaned the cabinet since the dust traps the heat resulting in heating up of the CPU.Nothing worked,then i tried to plug the RAM and checked the power supply then did a little check with the cable that attaches the mother board to the HDD and CD-ROM all those efforts with no result at all then i thought i should play around with the wires n try to fix them here n there "that might work" didnt have a slightest idea what i was doing but then i unplugged the small wire that was attached to the CDROM and the MotherBoard i just plugged it into another socket next to the original one.Well my computer didnt restart itself again... cool han!! but dont know untill when it would sustain. and also when i a formatted the whole computer i was able to recover only 32GB of 40GM HDD.
